Adoption Day

Well, Here it is! She is officially ours!!! We are signed, sealed and delivered. We are grateful for this precious gift we have been entrusted. She is a true treasure. We know that the Lord holds a great plan and purpose for her life. We are already seeing so much change in her. She makes much more eye contact. She is smiling more, and she knows her mamma! She fell asleep on Brad and myself today. When she is out...she is toast. Her smile lights up her whole face! You at home will never know this little girl we met yesterday. In two weeks she is going to be so different. Everyone had told us this, but now we are seeing what a difference a mamma, daddy and big brother can make in a life. Thank you for your constant prayers and support. It is not the easiest road we are on, but His grace is sufficient. Love and blessings...

I'm first to comment today!!

Praise God for the progress Libi's made already. It's amazing to see what constant love and attention can do to a child. Oh how I wish that every orphan had the opportunity to be in a family like yours.

The Lord will be faithful to give you strength to carry out the call that He has given you!!

Praying for you guys!!

Love in Christ,
Molly

Love the pics today! God has definitely poured out His blessings on you. She is precious! I love the picture of her face while she is sleeping on the bed. Pure peace. We're so excited for you! We will continue to pray for you fervently. God has entrusted you with a precious jewel. He knew you were the perfect mommy, daddy, and brothers for this little one. Look at the remarkable changes in just 2 days. God will do amazing things through this little one.

"From the fullness of His grace, we have all received one blessing after another." John 1.16

We love you!

Great pictures - again! Love the HUGE bow! Thank you guys for doing an amazing job with posting pictures and words to allow us to follow your journey.

We're praising God that it's "official". In all of our minds, she has been yours since last Septemeber, but now it's on paper too. Thank you Jesus!

We praise Him for the changes you are already seeing in her. The verse that came to my mind is II Cor 5:15 - "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!" She is a new creation now that she is the presence of His love. I love His redemptive plan for us and for Libi.

Praying for another great day!

Love you! Sherry

So happy to see Libi Faith happy and healthy. Praise God that she was well cared for. She looks so sweet and I'm glad to see she is healthy - a true sign that someone loved her.

While she might not be able to sit up by herself now - that all changes. Ava wasn't able to either and it wasn't long before a little time with mommy changed that - I know it will be the same for you.

Now that the work week has begun here, I'd appreciate it if you'd post some new pictures of her every couple of hours. See what you can do.

So glad you are there to see the difference lots of "family love" can make in the life of your sweet little girl. It is truly an amazing transformation and makes you realize how important it is we get homes for all these precious orphans. Thank you Jesus for burdening our hearts for them and call MANY more families to adoption we pray.

The pictures are priceless today. It is the most awesome feeling to say she is YOURS!!! We get ya!!! What a wonderful journey you are on. Can't wait to hear of new progress each day. Step by step He is leading-keep trusting and following. Love you!
